Abs/Core Workout

As a trainer I am always asked about the best way to develop great abs. So, I’ve put together a 12 minute video for you.

This video is the first of a series I’m putting together for you. My goal for you is to stop wasting your time doing your Abs exercises the same way you’ve always done them and only getting limited results in return.

You may or may not know but part of my background is as an Advanced Personal Trainer. I have a BSc. in Exercise Physiology and am accredited with The American College of Sports Medicine.

This is one of the toughest qualifications to earn and considered the “Gold Standard” in the fitness world. I’m not saying all this to impress you, just to impress upon you that I know what I’m talking about when it comes to helping you getting better fitness results in less time.

So, here’s what I’ve done for you…

I’ve taken the usual suspects that everyone tends to include as part of their Abs workout …The Crunch & …The Reverse Curl and shown you how most people do them poorly. I then show you how to tweak them to get far superior results in less time! The third exercise I’ve included is the Brazilian Crunch. When this is done right it just targets …Everything!

Now by watching this video, here’s what’s going to happen to your Abs …Nothing!

You’ve actually got to Do the exercises I’ve given you. And not every so often just when you can happen to fit them in. You have to be CONSISTENT with this so book a time in your diary and commit to doing this. Maybe once every two days would be a good place to start. Or whatever time frame you feel you can commit to right now. But You Must Start. And when you start You Must Keep It Up!
